In the summer of 2023 we made a trip with our Toyota LandCruiser Campervan to Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Iceland, a trip of six weeks in total. In Denmark we visited the Viking Museums in Ribe and various places along the north coast. We then took the ferry to Iceland with a three day stayover on the Faroe Island. In Iceland we travelled around as member of a group of six Toyota LandCruisers in total, all members of the Dutch LandCruiserClub. The oldest paricipant was 92 years old, the youngest ones were four children in the ages of four to eight. Travelling in a group of 4x4s enabled us to drive the so called F-roads, roads of sometimes vey poor quality with numerous river crossings.
